By using Kaam Wale Mitra you agree to these terms. Jurisdiction: Haryana, India.

1. Platform role

We are a marketplace that connects customers with independent service workers. Workers are not our employees.

2. Payments

Worker joining fee (₹199) is collected via UPI (kaamwalemitra@upi) and is non-refundable once the profile is approved. Service charges are paid directly to the worker unless stated otherwise.

3. Conduct

Customers and workers must behave respectfully. Fraud, harassment or false complaints will result in account termination.

4. Liability

We facilitate connections but are not liable for the quality of work performed by independent workers. Disputes can be raised at support@kaamwalemitra.in.

5. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.
