Kaam Wale Mitra ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and your rights under applicable Indian law (IT Act 2000 & DPDP Act 2023).

1. Data we collect

• Account info: name, phone, email, district, village, pincode, address.
• Worker info: skill, experience, Aadhaar last 4 digits, photo.
• Service info: complaints, images, ratings, payment references.

2. How we use it

To match customers with workers, process payments, send service updates, and improve our platform. We do not sell personal data.

3. Sharing

Customer contact details are shared with the assigned worker for service delivery only. Payment details are processed via UPI; we never store card numbers.

4. Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your data by emailing support@kaamwalemitra.in.
